There is no obligation when you call us, no pressure sales.

Below are the steps that lead to your new Business Process. The first step is easy; just contact us.

  1. You contact us and we listen - The focus is not sales, but on finding the best solution for you. If that solution doesn't involve us, we'll try to suggest other possible directions for you. We would like to hear from you.

  2. Agreement - If you think we can help, we work together to define the next actions, the effort involved, and what it will cost. We draw up a clear and simple agreement without any fine print.

  3. Analysis (optional) - If there are many unknowns or high risk, you may want us to perform some fact finding to discover what the real issues, root causes, and major obstacles are. No charge for a day or two of investigation, but we may charge for significant effort.

  4. Classes - We start with a Business Process overview for the leadership team so we can all be on the same page. Leadership lays the groundwork for success. Creating the initial understanding for high-level goals and processes becomes our starting point for a great process. We charge for classes separately from projects to give you the option to continue on your own or take advantage of our process services.

  5. Business Process Project - Typically from two to six months. Business Process Projects transform your company and engage your people. This is designed as a positive experience to provide visibility and flexibility, while avoiding needless anxiety. Every effort is made to keep the impact low and allow people to continue work at full speed.

  6. Continuous improvement - We show you how to update and improve your Business Process once it's in place. We want you to be self-sufficient.
